Vessels:

Living and working on Wilyakali/Barkindji country has revealed plenty of encounters with the death that the desert brings. The vessels that line the sides of the road no longer carry the lives that they once did. They are instead shells of a memory.
I am reflecting on this concept of vessels and shells through photographing roadkill. This work has been ongoing since 2019.
