Life and Death mirrored in female european sculptures.

After returning from a research trip to France, Rosenblum compiled a series of typologies exploring the duality and the impressions of life and death that are reflected in classical European sculpture. Through the concepts of decay, memory, materiality and contrast, this series investigates these ideas by juxtaposing sculptures from a curated and archival space with sculptures placed in tombs and marks for the dead.
